Pros
This is a great place to work! Hours are excellent, you definitely get a sense of ownership and learn what it's like to manage a large business. Competitive pay, 401k match is decent, PTO is better than most. You earn 80 hours a year your first year, then 120 hours per year after the first year. It goes up based on your length of employment. You should be self motivated with a big focus on cleanliness. It's a team environment and you can always reach out to others for assistance.
Cons
The biggest problem I have seen since I started working here is the constant turn over of employees. No matter how many people they hire, it always seems to be short handed. The down side to that is that a lot of the time you will be working by yourself, even if you work at a large store.
