Great team, good communication, very direct

Third party owner sites are awful to work at, more physical labor than explained initially, they claim work like balance but it’s really lacking

Culture to me is everything in a work environment and the culture at ESS is probably the best have encountered. Work-Life balance is good and training is ever ongoing. Looking for a career and not just a job this may be the place. Control the things you can control! In my district, though we are individual locations, we come together as a team to support one another from SM to AM.

At times can be gossipy and favoritism. What industry could not pay better? Staffing is an issue. Benefits could always be better and less costly for employees
