Pros
Decent Benefits Pretty Good Environment WFH
Cons
You have learn to deal with their dishonest business practices and poor treatment of customers. They have a ridiculously high gross margin. Ex Walmarts is consistently 25% Extra Space is consistently over %70. Wages for customer service will BARELY get by on if you are single and living alone but you won’t be able to save for anything. Of course just going in you wouldn’t notice this, but once you look into their business practices it’s pretty discouraging and upsetting. If you are good at phone sales you will make pretty good money but they treat customer service like second class employees when they are taking the large majority of difficult calls due to upset customers because of their relentless rate increases. All in all it’s better than most call center jobs but they have a RIDICULOUS excess income that should be going to their employees.
