Pros
Paid uniform allowance including shoes, average benefits, wages are average for type of work, company regularly rewards employees with wage increases, and bonuses from CEO. Job is not bad as a Property Manager. Company invests in properties to improve properties and employee/customer experiences.
Cons
No career path (dependent on DM and DVP support and cooperation.) Not consistent with other Districts/Divisions who have solid career paths like DM In training etc. DM training is based on career hierarchy- If your a property Manager, next step is a District Team Lead, Then a DM in training and maybe a DM. Sm have to go to DTL first and that is a top performer position. Too much emphasis on Reviews which forces employees into stressful situations with customers and possible fake reviews which is against Google policy. Many customers when asked for a review will respond," I will do it at home later and never do it, even with follow up calls and texts." . Employees are encouraged to solicit reviews from vendors and strangers like the UPS, FedEx drivers and they are not our customers, we are their customers. An honest real review from a customer must be the goal- not quantity over quality. I have received great reviews form a handful of customers each month, but that doesn't matter, Just get more and more of them.
