As site specific problems and needs arise that require construction/renovation or camera/security installs DM's/owners and corporate will prioritize their profit margin over getting the site what it needs to be successful in providing the tenants with a storage facility that is worth the price we charge. Also depending on your district you could end up being responsible for multiple stores due to shortage of staff and there is no added compensation for this.
