Pros
Can be laid back at times, but not all the time. And if you are laid back you may have DM or store manager trying to find something for you to clean or replace. Off Sundays for sure but that’s it, and may have to work EVERY Saturday.
Cons
Pay is super low for all the work they expect. Depending on management, you can work every Saturday and work at 3/4 diff locations within the week. They expect you to follow the sales script to the LETTER, they even send secret ships who grade you based on wording. And you are suppose to stand up every time somebody walk into your store. Customers can be rude and try to leave trash everywhere and of course, you’re expecting to clean EVERYTHING… including bathrooms and people peeing/pooping across the property. Not to mention the daily calls you have to make. I can go on and on, but if you’re looking for a quick job, this can be it. If you’re looking for a career, this ain’t it
