Pros

Great work environment, Equal opportunities, Good pay, Extra Space is a great place to work

Cons

The office hours are not as work/home life balance as I was initally told. It is a struggle working from 9-6 having school aged children and toddlers. The work hours are directly in the middle of the day leaving no time before or after work to do anything: Appointments, grocery shopping, spending time with the family. I would love to continue here for as long as possible, but eventually I will have to move on due to these hours. I also feel that we could be closed on more holidays, for the parents of small children.

Pros

The position is easy to do and the tasks are simple. The work relationships with the store managers and my dtls are excellent. My District Manager is always available to make sure I'm doing my job and gives amazing advice on how to advance in the company with kpi updates.

Cons

Deal with a lot of stress on the job. Have to work behind a person who may not have done the job they were supposed to do.
