Pros
If the company does well, they pass it along to the workers on the street as bonuses and pay increases. Plenty of contact with your customers.
Cons
The field jobs are framed as managers but are really sales jobs. 80% of your interactions with district management is about sales numbers and practicing their sales approaches they want you to use with potential customers. The job itself is not stressful but the constant notices that you aren't making your sales percentages and not getting enough customer reviews IS stressful!
