Starting pay is good and we don't require a lot of experience to get you in the door. Low stress environment. The company is always growing so there is always the possibility of advancement, if desired. Great leadership and mentoring. Freedom to "Act Like an Owner"... We are trusted to run multi-million dollar properties, often working alone without being micromanaged. Great benefits and great people. We have a monthly bonus structure that is very fair and honestly, only requires you to do your job to get rewarded. I feel like we are cared for and appreciated every day, it truly is a great place to work.
Cons
Minimal Federal Holidays. We do get plenty of PTO so there is the option to use PTO for these days if they are important to you. There is plenty to do when running a site but it is not a "fast-paced" environment. If you need to be in that type of work environment, you may struggle with the pace at many of our sites.
