Pros
They treat you with respect, don't micro-manage, and give you all the tools to succeed. Pay is good, your questions are met with honest answers, not side-way glances, and to be 100% honest, the transparency & teamwork among associates makes you feel like you're working for a family operation. I look forward to coming to work.
Cons
You need to be a self starter, and take pride in your work, you can't be a space filler. With any place of employment, there will be challenging days, but the outcome of those days depends solely on how you approach them, and navigate through them. With that being said, whenever you do get stuck, help is a phone-call away.
