Pros

Great company culture. Everyone has your back. From the CEO to the DM and DTLs, every person will make sure to have your back and ensure that you are supported. Opportunities for advancement are abundant but only if you want to move.

Cons

Poor pay structure for the type of work that is performed. You have the title of “manager” but the pay of someone working at Best Buy or Target. Incentive pay for rents is also low and not worth it. Poor PTO accumulation compared to other retail / property management jobs out there. There is tons of room for growth but you need to move which is a downside.

Pros

The position is easy to do and the tasks are simple. The work relationships with the store managers and my dtls are excellent. My District Manager is always available to make sure I'm doing my job and gives amazing advice on how to advance in the company with kpi updates.

Cons

Deal with a lot of stress on the job. Have to work behind a person who may not have done the job they were supposed to do.
