Pros
The quality advice I get from older employees has been the best part of my job. I have worked for jobs who did not care about you as a person and that you are just replaceable. I have health issues and with the heat, sometimes my health is a great concern. They have always made sure I am okay and tell me to take as many breaks from the heat as I need.
Cons
ESS expects a lot of out us as employees more than other storage companies. I believe we should get more than just the yearly reviews and balance out the cost of living at the moment. Although I do get paid well, times are hard and even customers are having issues with the rent increases. Of course companies need to keep business alive, there should be a fair thought about the money going towards all ESS is putting in. I would love to keep customers, but things are getting too hard for everyone.
