The company is very professional. They ensure we get our time off and don't require overtime.

We had commission before and they gave us a raise instead to compensate. A more predictable check but the big bonuses are gone.

Easy job, not much busy work, far away from District so not bothered often.

Woke company culture, you need to learn corpospeak to work in the field, no individuality even though company culture claims to celebrate it, you must he inclusive to the company but they don't have to be inclusive to you, cannot handle every day speech, very immoral, bait and switch business model, demands you take ownership of rate increases to protect the company even though you can't stop them from happening, will destroy your local reputation. Extra Space Storage is the Dollar General of the storage industry.
