They love their culture and protect it very carefully which makes more good supervisors and co-workers Great working hours Fun incentive programs to keep employees happy and engaged
Cons
Growing with the company is difficult. They have programs in place to advance but there is little support to grow and develop the skill set needed to be promoted The pay is on the lower end of a livable wage They don't do merit based pay raises. They only raise you'll get comes from a yearly cost of living increase
