Extra Space's culture is truly something that is hard to find in the workplace. They treat people like... people! Everyone is always more than willing to help out, with a smile on their face. Making sure that you have the support, knowledge, and resources to do your job to the best of your ability is truly the focus. There's more than enough room to grow within the company if you put your mind to it and speak up!
Cons
Extra Space is a large business, after all, so it can sometimes take a minute for policy implementations and updates to take effect. There are a lot of channels to communicate through and, for a newer employee, it can take a minute to realize where your questions should be directed. That being said, everyone is always so helpful in pointing you in the right direction!
