I feel like what I do day in and day out makes a difference. I am appreciated by the company and my supervisor daily. I feel valued and important to each of my customers and feel like what I can do for them makes a difference in their lives. All this while being supported. Working within my team feels more like family. We communicate with each other throughout the day to get support or just to chat. Pay with the ability to earn more with commission is very good. Great benefits, unable to find better out in the private sector. The company is constantly improving systems to better assist our customers and each of our locations. I LOVE my job! There is a lot of growth available for those who earn it!

Sometimes hard to get the schedule you want. Changes every 3 months. Not enough paid time off.
