Pros
ESS cares strongly for their employees and their free time outside of work. Having one day a week that everyone is off is amazing(Love Sundays). The Teamwork this company possesses is beautiful.
Cons
As an AM I am often at my site by myself operating the business; However, for our bonus checks the SM receives a percentage of the AMs incentive. Being as I am at the store and doing rentals so often on my own I feel it is unfair to lose a chunk (aside from taxes) of my incentive when I've done the work to earn it. I also feel that our stores could close slightly sooner. Especially for our parents, who don't get much time with their kids. I feel it may be easier to open earlier so that we can close earlier and have some more time at the end of our days. Say 8:30-5:00 or 8:00- 4:30
