Pros
The best part of the job, for me, was being relatively independent. I rarely had to check in with my Regional Manager
Cons
The worst part was the rent increases. There's a predatory business model wherein once a tenant has stayed for 4 to 6 months, their rent drastically increases. Obviously, I had to deal with lots of rightfully upset customers. Also, auctions weren't great.
