      Pros

      Our people and our culture. As the organization grows in size, we've been able to successfully maintain a fantastic culture that is driven by leadership and our teams. It's a joint effort and everyone contributes to making this company a great place to work. Work-life balance for a District Manager is very good considering the role. It is a longer work week for many DM's but most put in the effort as they want to well versus being told that they have to do well. There's a big difference. Room for career advancement if someone chooses. You will be the biggest determining factor with your career path.

      Cons

      In thinking hard about this, as there aren't too many cons, there is a bit of tedious work that is involved. However, that's going to be part of any job responsibilities. There's a lot going on that will challenge you and keep you engaged.

      Great team and management! Transparent with goals and values, and I feel like there is a great work/life balance

      Pros

      The position is easy to do and the tasks are simple. The work relationships with the store managers and my dtls are excellent. My District Manager is always available to make sure I'm doing my job and gives amazing advice on how to advance in the company with kpi updates.

      Cons

      Deal with a lot of stress on the job. Have to work behind a person who may not have done the job they were supposed to do.
