      Pros

      Working with extra space has given me the advantage to move around and stay in sales. The benefits are great, as long as you love saving money! Ive been here now for 2 months and its never a dull moment, i mean NEVER. Keeps you young and busy.

      Cons

      I feel we could use more employees, The pay is alright, Numbers and metrics are the main focus, i feel it can sometimes hinder some employees from handling personal things but that all falls under ones time management. not to many cons.

      Pros

      The position is easy to do and the tasks are simple. The work relationships with the store managers and my dtls are excellent. My District Manager is always available to make sure I'm doing my job and gives amazing advice on how to advance in the company with kpi updates.

      Cons

      Deal with a lot of stress on the job. Have to work behind a person who may not have done the job they were supposed to do.
