A Great Company to Work For - District Manager Extra Space Storage Employee Review

I have been with the company a little over 3 years. The culture of the company is great and one of the reasons I came to work here is because of the leadership and compassion that was displayed during my interviews. The company really cares about the people that work for the company and it can be seen at all levels including the executive team. The company puts not only its customers first but it puts the employees first as well. The work life balance is great and the support has been great during my short tenure with the company.
