      There aren’t any I’m afraid. Everytime someone decent comes along and tries to make helpful changes the toxicity kills them and they leave.

      Cons

      The worst place I’ve ever worked for. Really didn’t think workplaces could be this bad in this day and age. Senior leaders are horrid. You’re either in their gang and protected no matter how bad you behave, or you’re not and are victimised. It’s clear to see in the other reviews and the high turnover of staff and decent managers. Avoid at all costs, it’s bad for your health

      Pros

      Company has close internal teams that makes a good work environment. I found my role expanded over time which allowed for growth in skills and responsibilities. There are opportunities for young people to build their career over time. Production is really busy at them moment so they're probably going to need to hire to cover the volume of orders.

      Cons

      Company can be very traditional in the way things are done. For the most part this isn't a problem.
