      You really never know what the truth is. New management will do or say whatever they have to to make themselves look successful... including lying about scrap and oee rates.

      The only pros of FT are the shutdown days!

      Cons

      You are just a number. The insurance is VERY VERY expensive with very high deductibles most processes are at least six day a week! The pay is not very good at all. Bottom line is you are looking for a place to work where you feel valued and pays decent ? Then look elsewhere because you will NOT find it at FT Precision!
