Where do I start? This place is sinking. Managers walk around the corporate office looking beat down and depressed. Upper management is completely aloof to their employees. All of the old friendly HR has fled for the hills (red flag) and the new HR department is not helpful and makes it seem like you are bothering them. Problems go by unresolved. Csuite bully mentality. 'Team building' has a clear line of us vs them with sr management on one side and employees on the other. Let's not talk about the Spainards only espresso machine that has been in the breakroom (for years!) that no one else is allowed to use all while they make comments about how the keurig coffee(for everyone else) is garbage. Inappropriate vendor relationships. Men get rewarded, while they nickle and dime women. The list can go on and on but no one will listen. Class action waiting to happen
