Pros

I didn't enjoy much about working there at all.

Cons

Managers being clueless. Zero recognition for good work done. Too busy counting their own pay to care or motivate staff and too busy setting 10 and 15 year plans which anyone with any sense knows is absolutely ridiculous in this day and age. The way the business is structured with incentives means teams deal with the wrong business. It's always "Whats in it for us" rather than "Let's all help each other". A receipt for disaster for the company as a whole, as experts aren't dealing with the right business. I resigned and gave 7 weeks of notice out of respect (I started a new business unit there). My new manager who had horrific financial results since she started and who had a pile of people resign in her first 6 months asked me to leave with just 4 weeks. Back to point 1, managers with zero respect. After I said I'd leave right away, dismissed my girlfriend who is now writing a poor review in Finland about working there. At the same time, their recruitment teams are advertising everywhere for new staff. Wonder why nobody wants to join! Technology stuck in 1995. No intentions to shift to being online like the rest of the world. Far too many unnecessary meetings and training programs resulting in zero productivity gains. All in all, horrible experience to shift my life to Singapore for. No advancement, no respect by managers.
