Micromanaging & having to be on camera entire shift. They say the on camera meeting is to establish “office environment” but hybrid office employees have to be on camera too. (just trying to micromanage you) Raises are barely given. I was told raises are based off performance but in reality they’re just cheap. They are quick to notice what you do wrong but never praise your good work. This company also has the high expectations for little pay. There isn’t PTO but you have vacation/sick time. If you have to miss work due to unplanned reasons, then you will not get paid if you didn’t put in the time off request at least 2 weeks prior. (Time off request may still not get approved even if you put it in 2 weeks prior) They just don’t want to pay you. You’ll also get a mark if you miss work due to APPROVED vacation time, doctor appointment, sick etc.
