So far, FH Cann & Associates is the first company that I have been with that is genuine with giving their trust to their employees and all team members no matter what your position is with the company. Management is confident especially when it comes to decision making and solving challenges which may arise for call center representatives. (the department where I have been).
Cons
The management of FH Cann & Associates can be so trusting that some may think that they can take advantage of upper management. It really depends on who your supervisor is as some are more trusting and lenient than others.
