There is also a big focus on team development which allows you to get to know everyone in the company (even those who work in other departments) which gives you the opportunity to work alongside those who you might not be inclined to work with on the day-to-day.

Meeting many new people (it's a large organization) and learning new things within your job role can be a challenge at times, like every new job, it can be overwhelming and nerve-racking at the start; However. FHC provides training and the support is always there when you need it.
