Pros
F.H. Cann & Associates hones individuals to be the best version of themselves through building skill, character, and encouraging working together as a team. Each department head never cease to encourage team members to work toward reaching their potential. FHC helped me become more responsible and more confident as a business professional because I learned so much during my time there.
Cons
The company's organizational chart is a bit confusing because it's a large company. FHC is the largest organization I've ever worked at. Aside from that, I feel that there is nothing else that I have observed during my time there which stood out to me.
