Pros
I had amazing supervisors. I was never micromanaged by them but also at the same time I understood that a job needed to be done and I needed to listen. I made the most money I could ever dream when I was there. Hands down I made over 80k one year. It allowed me the opportunity do things that I wasn't able to do prior.
Cons
When they hired an upper management position that is when things went down hill. Unfortunately due to downsizing we were subjected to a lot of inappropriate behavior because of this individual. It was reported several times and blatantly ignored. I was even told myself by this person that they and the hr staff laughed about all the complaints. This person ended up either firing all the wonderful supervisors or forced them to quit due to very toxic behavior. After this person was let go, I was left with running the team by myself. I asked for compensation and a promotion. I was denied both. In their words it was due to downsizing. They treated everyone as disposable. It was really sad. Even though I gave my heart and soul to them, they still decided not to pay me for a very well earned team incentive because I quit. Such a shame because if they would've promoted me I probably would still be there.
