They make you stay on camera during your entire shift. The calls are pretty easy but sometimes stressful being on camera. One of the supervisors who was “watching us” didn’t turn off his mic and was talking about employees. Super unprofessional and uncomfortable that we are being watched and talked about. We are working under the department of education we should have to deal with this level of micromanaging and unprofessionalism. Being on camera is actually risky due to the information we have access to.
