      Great people, ok benefits, interesting and chalanging work

      Cons

      Expectation to work more than 40 hours per week. Poor planning, poor training, work overload. Knowledge is not power here knowledge is a heavier workload!

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      Great people Strong client base

      Cons

      - Lack of strategic alignment at the top of the house. - Senior Executives and VP’s are out of touch with the real work and forced to make changes that do not align with business goals - Internal mobility decline. Employees are only able to accept internal positions if they reside near an office/hub. As a result of this we are losing great talent for other orgs.
