Pros

I mean it was a job. So that’s positive.

Cons

Horrible, degrading management with zero interest in anything except their own success is probably number one. I’ve never even heard of a job where there was no training and you were just expected to figure everything out yourself. I was consistently yelled at if I didn’t immediately figure out processes completely unique to their company without being told. And this is coming from a self starter who’s never been in trouble at any job prior or since. I could say a ton more but all there is to say is I would avoid account management there at all costs.

Coworkers are nice There are lots of areas of opportunity to cross-learn (pro and con)

Cons

Upper staff is maxed and directionless Yearly bonuses and raises are non-existent Training is non-existent (pro for self-starter) Depending on the department, 0 support from upper staff/management
