We take all feedback seriously and the Executive Committee reviews and discusses it all in detail.
We appreciate your acknowledgement in our flexibility around remote work. We will continue to work with each FKQ’er individually, along with their department head, to create a positive structure for everyone.
Since the pandemic began, we have thoughtfully and carefully considered a multitude of business decisions with the personal and professional well-being of our team as a priority. Unlike many other agencies, we did not institute mass layoffs. Instead we took measured steps to preserve our team, even with significant changes to our billings at the onset of the pandemic. And since then, as workloads returned to pre-pandemic levels, we’ve worked hard in every department to quickly address changing needs and invest in more resources.
Career advancement, competitive compensation and regular feedback on performance have always been a priority for FKQ. We’d value the opportunity to discuss your personal situation.
Enthusiasm to safely and appropriately host Clients and associates at FKQ should not be confused with pressure. We closely follow local, state and CDC guidelines for in-office protocols.
