Pros
Very hard to get fired as there is always a unit to transfer if you're not the right fit for your current assigned unit. Opportunities to move up if you are very proactive.
Cons
Hard to get actual support from senior management, even though many of them mean well -- they just have so many units to cover. Anything like Payroll or HR is outsourced to a third party so very hard to reach someone who will address your concerns or really knows your daily challenges.
