Pros
Leadership cares about employees and gives space them to grow and thrive. As with anything, you get out of it what you put into it. FM Global has been in business a long time and has solid people running the company. With a company this size there are always outliers, but top leadership is genuine, strong, bold and cares. I feel supported, encouraged and valued.
Cons
In some ways you make your own opportunities and have to actively push for and ask for what you want. Some departments have different cultures and with so much change lately there are definitely hiccups. Understandably, sometimes employees are left feeling like they need to leave to get ahead. Sometimes management problems aren't dealt with in a timely fashion. People leave because of opportunities, managers and how they are treated, not compensation.
