Pension plan vested after 5 years.
Cons
Upper management is out of touch with the current climate, forcing a 5 day in office schedule. Despite the continued success of both remote and hybrid workers, the CEO has proved that he does not value any of the employees. I once heard a manager say, “what got the company from point A to point B, will not get the company from point B to point C”. This holds true with the backwards logic provided by our CEO. It almost seems like he’s trying to get people to quit. This isn’t the FM Global I remember under Shivan Subramaniam and Tom Lawson. Due to this the company is now losing valuable assets, many to our competitors. So much for the “knowledge transfer”.
