Well there's no question, we were not a highlight on your resume. Feeling heard is important and it sounds like we let you down on that front big time. Our apologies. Your advice to "look after employees more" is a fair reminder to make sure that we don't let anyone slip between the cracks. This experience is uncommon, but it can happen and we could be better at preventing it.
