Underpaid - Senior Marketing Strategist FMG Suite Employee Review

Pay is ridiculously low. When asking management for a raise, they will say you get an annual raise, last year I got a raise of $.25… yippee! The manager isn’t the best, very disorganized and has way too much on her plate. This position title is a bit deceiving, it’s a glorified account manager position. The work is a lot, managing 50 + financial advisor accounts is way too much for the pay you’re getting. No opportunities for growth whatsoever, they say you should go to the town halls to look at opportunities, but they are the same pay or lower. Turnover for this position is so frequent, once you hit the year mark you’re so over it.
