Not worth it - Physical Therapist FOX Rehabilitation Employee Review

Never received a raise in the 2+ years I worked for Fox. No compensation/ unit credit for travel time between patients when providing home care over large geographic area which makes for very long days in order to make contracted quota in an ethical and legal way. Also no compensation/ unit credit given for mandatory meetings that occur during prime treatment time of workday. Expected to use personal cell phone for Fox business. No sick time so must use hard earned PTO. Subconsciously encourages healthcare employees to work when ill because no one wants to give up PTO they want to use for vacation or that they make need to make up a week of low productivity. High pressure given to participate in social activities and extra volunteer activities with Fox regional team that impacts family time with indication that lack of participation can impact career path with Fox. Company seems to run a lot like a MLM. Lots of people on the ground floor producing income for those in multiple layers of upper management who have more perks… unless you move quickly up those ranks, it’s disheartening.
