I have nothing nice to say

There's a cult like atmosphere that goes un-noticed in the beginning. Then you start to see the messed up side with supervisors, HR, and payroll. There's no communication. There's no accountability. I'm pretty sure I didn't get the full amount of pay I worked for. They're a rip off "help others" company, but they're so selfish and money hungry. Horrible.

The biggest pros are the flexibility and autonomy. Being able to create my own schedule has greatly improved my work-life balance, and I appreciate being able to treat patients closer to home. FOX also provides a lot of resources and support for its clinicians. From continuing education opportunities to clinical guidance and helpful treatment resources, I always feel like I have what I need to provide quality patient care.

Cons

One challenge with home care is that last-minute patient cancellations do happen, which can leave unexpected gaps in your day. However, because of the flexible scheduling, it’s usually easy to reschedule those visits later in the week, making it much easier to stay on track with patient care.
