WARNING: do not work for this company if you care about work/life balance whatsoever. It is unrealistic productivity expectations at an average of 6.5 (one hour) visits per day. They will not consider all the time spent driving from home to home, phone calls, documentation, etc. nor reimburse for mileage. They want you to hit a set number of units per week and if you do not you start losing PTO to literally pay them back for the units you failed to hit. Do not let managers or recruiters trick you into thinking otherwise.
I absolutely loved homecare before this job and it made me dread going to work daily knowing I had to absolutely hustle to meet a quota and not give patients proper time/care.
