Quotas given for home visits are based on market analysis that determines how many visits a clinician will be able to complete in a given territory. FOX only brings on clinicians if we are confident we will have enough patients in a manageable area so the clinician can reach their quota. Our goal is to keep clinicians in as condensed of a territory as possible to improve efficiency and provide work life balance to the clinician. FOX always aims to deliver clinically appropriate care and has an extensive quality assurance team to be sure patients are discharged at the appropriate time. It is highly suggested to contact your team's Regional Quality Assurance Liaison to discuss proper discharge management/planning.
