Pros

The employees truly care about and support each other.

Cons

Fox recently changed its mission statement to "Believing in our People," and at this moment our rich culture and respect we once had in the past was lost for our people. Fox doesn't care about people. This company can never survive on this foundation. It is a terrible and toxic work environment and everyone who currently works there as well as those who have recently left are damaged and defeated from such an unhealthy and corrupt workplace. All of the great people with morals and ethics have jumped ship and left this company! Fox is financially unstable and struggles to pay reimbursements and commissions to employees.

Pros

The biggest pros are the flexibility and autonomy. Being able to create my own schedule has greatly improved my work-life balance, and I appreciate being able to treat patients closer to home. FOX also provides a lot of resources and support for its clinicians. From continuing education opportunities to clinical guidance and helpful treatment resources, I always feel like I have what I need to provide quality patient care.

Cons

One challenge with home care is that last-minute patient cancellations do happen, which can leave unexpected gaps in your day. However, because of the flexible scheduling, it’s usually easy to reschedule those visits later in the week, making it much easier to stay on track with patient care.
