Pros
The compensation was not horrible.
Cons
All aspects of working for this company are dreadful. Research working for a Japanese run company. Research the people who are hiring you because they are likely not competent at their own jobs let alone being leaders. They likely have little insight or instincts with regards to modern business practices. Research the happiness on the team you may be joining because morale at Fujifilm is shockingly low. If you want to grow and develop, consider going elsewhere. If you want to just be alone and do what you are told, then this might work for you. My experience was ineffective leadership that failed to understand the reality of any given situation, who often took to micromanaging everyone involved, despite the fact that it was obvious to everyone that they were ineffective and off goal. Fujifilm leadership exists down in the minutia. VP's and Directors do the job of managers (poorly). Managers do the jobs of supervisors, and supervisors are not empowered to do much at all.
