Cons
Terrible company. The company is drowning fast and losing millions of dollars of profit a year. Management is terrible. No training since management is too lazy to help. The claim they cannot train because there are new things every day. That is not true. They state that because they do not want to put the effort into training. The team is so busy no one works together or helps. Must devote your time and life to the company and it is expected. There is absolutely no work life balance what so ever. All PTO must be planned out more than a week in advance even if you are sick or you will receive punishment. I received more sports email from my manager then actual work emails. Literally no help. Highly doubt the graphics division will be around in the next 10 years.
