Pros
I am excited about the new era that fair is entering. We had a huge change in management in 2019Q4 that shifted our focus from hyper-growth to sustainable growth. Work is still very challenging and yields a lot of opportunities for personal growth and we now have much clearer processes for promotions and shaping our product roadmap. My coworkers (from my immediate team to many others across the company) are an awesome bunch of people to work with every day. Collaboration is top-notch at Fair.
Cons
There is still some lingering disorganization and whiplashing that certain leaders are persisting from the old era. However, I think it's being addressed. This ship is being run much tighter now.
