Pros
They allowed us to work from home. Not a great salary, but when you combined the company paid healthcare, it was a pretty good job. I paid nothing for the birth of my child because my insurance was so darn good.
Cons
Any company that makes it difficult for their customers to receive a bill, pay a bill, or get a refund for an erroneous payment is doomed to failure. The fact that these things were ignored despite the repeated pleas of both employees and customers made the environment of ineptitude and failure so much more bitter.
