Great Company - General Manager Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair Employee Review

This is a family owned company that brings every employee in as part of the family. The camaraderie from management to helper is unlike any I have ever seen before. Best place I have ever worked by far.

No real cons. If you do your job effectively and efficiently there will be no cons.

If you work hard and don't mind getting dirty this can be a really fun company to work for. Most of the time the pay is fantastic as long as you can keep up with the work. Every job is unique. "Pro-pay" can be a blessing if jobs are quoted properly.

Crew leaders are paid a percentage of the value of the job that is to be completed minus the cost of help, "rookies", this is what they call "pro-pay". If the jobs are quoted reasonably then you can make a lot of money. However, if the jobs are under bid, like they often are, they will not allow you to turn them down nor will they be willing to pay you a higher percentage for the work. Sales people are not held accountable for doing their jobs badly at this company and it is extremely stressful to have to pick up their slack and not get paid for it.
