The employee turn over rate is horrible. From week one the owners knew I was going to school and they kept me on until I moved up to making pro-pay as a crew leader. I explained my situation with school and they were ok with it until I was about to receive my Benefits, then they fired me telling me that Because I couldn’t travel they were letting me go (basically wasted my time). They also send employees who have minimal exp. to do skilled jobs on people’s houses. For example; was told to go encapsulate a crawlspace when we were never trained or briefed on how to do it.

Everything in the 1st review was pretty true. Nobody stays more than a few days.. Sounds good when they hire you, but dont pay for the amount of work you got to do and really dont care much for employees. They come and go so fast anyway so why bother. People lie if they say their happy there cuz they complain to no end and self medicate to cope with their frustrations when nobodys looking.. Best place to work is a joke. only a few folks have been there longer than a year. The crew leaders tel us they hate it too but do it anyway I hope they found a new manager or managers and try and keep at least a few descent people around so they dont go out of business.
